Miracle / Healing Services  can also serve as research labs like clinical observations.  The Holy Spirit operates diversely  and events can be analyzed in generalized ways. Dr. Stephens - in some ways , conceptionally Reverse Engineers the Supernatural Events  to provide some help  for those who have road blocks whether receiving or administering the anointing.. His research is based on  applying the anointing  and not just observing. His entry to this space -was by  God Drafting him in 1974, not from a desire to study how to heal the sick.  Since the supernatural was on going for years with out his personal desire to get involved, he began to study how it happened from the lens of a health care provider.
