Team healing: The power of unity
At Stephens Miracle Ministries, we believe congregation healing is a team endeavor. Like winning sports organizations, the key is team play. We help create an atmosphere that fosters the Pastor's vision for flow and harmony, leading to the best results regardless of individual giftings. It's about training to let God move, not implementing rigid healing protocols. When teams flow together, Jesus is in the midst, creating a quantum effect: "one can cast a thousand—two can cast ten thousand."
Our healing team approach
Healing teams are vital in the administration of the supernatural. They can assist when a Servant of God flows with powerful gifts, alleviating the load on the pastor, especially in large congregations. They also extend healing to places like nursing homes, to those who are homebound, and more.

Humble hearts, bold spirits
Our healing team training is unique, focusing on the belief that God should be in control. We believe team members should be humble and empathetic, yet bold in their actions. We teach not to fear negative immediate results, as many healings take time to manifest. It’s important that if they are gifted, they are gifted to serve a need. In most cases, they are needed to share the load and prevent the pastor from overextension, as healing can be draining.
Empathy & humility
Our team members are trained to approach every situation with genuine empathy and profound humility, understanding that healing comes from a divine source and we are merely instruments.
Boldness in faith
We empower our healing teams to be bold in their faith, not fearing immediate results, and trusting in God's perfect timing for manifestation. This conviction strengthens their ministry.
