Why Gifting Impartation Matters
This page sets the stage for why Stephens Miracle Ministries is moving forth with bigger exposure after 40 years. Just as Moses release his anointing to Joshua to take his place, we are preparing others to continue God's work, breaking yokes and stirring up gifts to impact their demographic. Gifts and callings are God's Alone. He allows us all to operate in our callings and then pass them on. House Calls allow Dr. Stephens to Impart what he has on people who will operate with in the church and perhaps one person who will mature out of that group to further the army of Five Fold operating in Special Miracles and Gifts of Healing for a region.

Dr. Stephens Stirs The Gifts - Sends Them Out
Dr. Stephens experienced divine miracles on health even before entering health professional school. His assignment began after a revelation in church while in dental practice, leading him to operate in supernatural ministry for 12 years in the local churches, serving from minister to Associate Pastor. During those 12 years he did large scale studies on the supernatural from people coming out of comas to people coming off of drugs. He was known to getting on air planes to travel to lay hands on folk he barely knew. His work on "Burst Anointing" is one concerning how energy can target disease , break demonic strongholds and Impart gifts and assignment to others. Even in his earlier days of ministry Dr. Stephens was imparting gifts and assignment to the newer servants. Now more than ever is the time for Quantum power.
During his ten years in the field - via Stephens Evangelistic Crusades 1996-2007 - he continued to research on maximizing the anointing in various congregations. This meant he evaluated different denominations, sizes of churches, racial mixes and community health aspect in the surrounding area. He would tailor each visit and come up with a Church Health index to shoot for.. via his visit. This jump start would help the ministry get on track with positive health. During this time he was focused also in sending people out to do the work. Many times to get people out there he had to break the spirit of fear, timidity and other self conscious blocks to get them ready. Some times Dr. Stephens is quite animated- as shown in the video. .but it's about getting people doing the work. The anointing through the holy Spirit is in charge and in guides next steps.
To Break the Yoke on world wide disease.. more people need to sent out. Most need to work in the local church first. Dr. Stephens did that for 12 years. 2 years in one ministry and 10 in the next. This time led to his call in Itinerate Ministry. So Like David - there was no king time right after the anointing fell. There is Proving Time and battles. For an Itinerate it is important to understand what is going on in the local church first, understand what attacks the pastor has and then you can really be used by God to see and defeat the enemy with the Anointing. That's the David King time. .

Nursing Home and Hospital Team members
Dr. Stephens is not unique. There are many health providers that have gone into ministry and contributed to the joint teaching of the supernatural in the Midst of Health Care. This ministry can be a very powerful addition to your ministry and if done correctly can be a witness to to other family member.
Gifting this Impartation is important. This is a first starting point to learn how to exude the anointing in group setting. at least two. It will skill up a person to be better at one on one healing -bed side at a home. The power of healing seen in the Video clips. .began with bed side healing.. at nursing homes, hospital and such. When God can trust you with the bed side and do it for years He will trust you to minster to congregations and pass that impartation to others.
Dr. Stephens becomes a valuable asset in providing guidance for teams going to facilities . such as Hospital, rehab center, senior care - with different levels of care including memory care. Dr. Stephens still sees patients in a large Senior facility of over 200 residents. This active patient care help him translate to our teams the best ways to release the anointing and make sure the visitations do not violate the rights of the patient , family wishes , staff and or even people who may share the room. Wisdom is the key . .Teams must not overwhelm , nor try to possess the resident as other ministries may also visit the same facility. The best candidates are residents that are already members of the teams church. Even then- the team must hone their skills .
Season of Impartation to Those Chosen By God To Catch the Mantle
Dr. Stephens has proven the work prior to making volumes of information available. Because some of the information is cutting-edge and for experienced people of God, he is very selective in releasing certain details to prevent zealots from abusing people trying to repeat rather than truly following God.
This is important. Dr. Stephens helps people open their Eyes on their potentiality to allow God to work through them with all sorts of Supernatural Manifestation beyond their own imagination. Dr. Stephens Does not attempt to teach people how to Heal the Sick. That is actually not how it works and is not how he began. He did not read a book before he was thrust into healing , take a coarse before initially becoming interested in that arena. You should know you are called already.
After things happened supernaturally he did read, consume , invested lot's of time and money in educating him self in many aspects of Miracles, Healings, deliverance which helped him in his research in this space. He went to meetings and sat under some of the biggest Healers of the day. He got in lines of the older Servants of God to get the impartation they had. So it is he passes that on. .down the line.
That made him a good candidate for God to use for a balance approach to help Save Lives and raise up new servants to carry on the work. . . It's by faith, revelation and obedience.- but there is no way to get around being effective unless you study to show your self approved in the space you are in. So we have 40 years of Info.
Those are looking for a quick system- and quick results - perhaps should check what their desires are based on. This type ministry is not for every one and those called by God must realize that there is a demonic attack waiting when you launce out. Make sure you are not operating like the Sons of Sceva . . Know God, Follow God and know you can not be timid when dealing with the enemy.
