We must make sure that even the Divine Healing and most certainly the Health Out Reach - has an Evangelistic message. Adding these two modalities helps the Church gain back credibility in social outreach. Here is why. 

Many Church's who are food distributers- have panties,  getting food supplies from federal supplies - are not able to evangelize. This strategy allows you to balance that out in your favor for community outreach.  These two additional outreach ministries have nothing to do with food distribution. These are works of the church. And the church is about Evangelism. You can now fulfill all your community desires both ways and keep them separate from what you do via Food Supply and other restraints.
